Jefit is a sports app that offers us training to do at home or in the gym. After downloading the APK file, entering our data and indicating our objectives, we will get access to several exercise routines, although many of them are reserved for the premium version.

This way, we'll be able to choose one of the adapted programs or customize a new one. We will also be able to choose the type of training we want to do, the days of the week we are going to exercise and choose the type of sport that will help us reach our goal (lose weight, tone, get in shape, strengthen our body...).

Put your exercises, track weights and reps and we will show you the results of your workout.

It also has a complete and extensive exercise section with instructions and images (and videos, if we are premium users), as well as a tracking system to track our workouts and see how we have progressed. In total we can find more than 1,300 different exercises.

This is a very cool app if we want to start training and get in shape and we have no idea how to do it. Here we will find all the guides we need. However, its interface makes the user experience a bit confusing and not very intuitive.
